11 Bands, 2000 Students, One Epic Show
Over 2000 students packed Willows Oval for ANU’s Big Night Out 2025, where 11 student bands battled it out in a high-energy interhall showdown. Sidestage provided full production, including staging, lighting, audio, and LED screens. With an Adamson Spektrix PA, DPA 4099 mics, and creative lighting touches like front-loaded MH7 moving heads, the night was a true celebration of student talent, teamwork, and top-tier live production.

Sidestage delivered AV, lighting, IMAG, and livestreaming for “Eyes on the Ground in Gaza” at Parliament House. Using Shure ULXD, QSC speakers, Blackmagic cameras, and full onsite crew, we supported clear communication for both in-person guests and over 14,000 online viewers.


Sidestage Powers QL2's Garden at Fitters
Sidestage provided full production support for QL2 Dance’s Garden at the Fitters’ Workshop, including staging, lighting, audio, crew, and backstage systems. We transformed the space with a raised stage, custom lighting rig, multi-zone PA, and 90+ hours of crew support to deliver a high-impact, flexible performance environment.

Sidestage delivered full audio production for Lakespeare’s Macbeth, using QSC speakers, ULXD wireless, and JAG headsets to support an outdoor crowd of over 1,700. With immersive sound and precise coverage, we helped bring the Scottish Highlands to life.


Senator Pocock Town Hall AV Support
Sidestage provided full AV support for Senator David Pocock’s Town Hall at The Jetty, using QSC speakers, ULXD wireless, 65" LED TVs, and a Blackmagic G2 4K camera to deliver clear sound, strong visuals, and archival footage for a 500-person audience.


400K Raised: Dare to Be Rare Gala Production
Sidestage delivered full production for the 2024 Dare to Be Rare Gala, raising over $400K. With Adamson audio, GrandMA3 lighting, IMAG, event recording, and custom staging, we supported every speech, moment, and celebration at the National Arboretum with clarity and impact.


Women in Defence Awards Gala Production
Sidestage delivered AV, lighting, staging, and recording for the Women in Defence Awards Gala. Using Shure ULXD, GrandMA3, Ayrton Ghibli, and our custom Charlie vision rig, we completed a full production setup in under 2.5 hours, supporting a polished and efficient awards evening at the National Arboretum.


Transforming a Private Estate into Barbie’s Dreamhouse
Sidestage brought a Barbie Dreamhouse party to life with 100+ pink lights, Adamson audio, Sky Trackers, Hollyland comms, dynamic pathways, a custom stage, and fireworks over Sydney Harbour. From fog effects to flawless sound and lighting, we delivered a full-scale immersive experience in just two weeks.


Red Bull Cliff Diving: VIP Boat Transmission
Sidestage transmitted the official Red Bull Cliff Diving Finals broadcast to the VIP boat on Sydney Harbour. Using long-range video transmitters, multi-zone AV routing, and onboard audio, we delivered a seamless, high-quality viewing experience for guests on the water.


Hybrid Conferencing at ANU Superfloor
Sidestage supported the Australian Academy of the Humanities at ANU with a two-day hybrid conference, delivering live production, streaming, and onsite technical management. Over 1,100 viewers joined online, with seamless interaction between in-person and virtual presenters.
