The U.S. Embassy in Canberra lit up this July for a spirited Independence Day celebration, held fashionably late and full of fun. Guests rolled in wearing cowboy hats, denim jackets, and stars-and-stripes flair - all ready to enjoy American BBQ, a blow-up “drive-in” screen, live music, and fireworks. It was Americana done playfully, and our team had a blast helping bring it to life.

Over 2000 students packed Willows Oval for ANU’s Big Night Out 2025, where 11 student bands battled it out in a high-energy interhall showdown. Sidestage provided full production, including staging, lighting, audio, and LED screens. With an Adamson Spektrix PA, DPA 4099 mics, and creative lighting touches like front-loaded MH7 moving heads, the night was a true celebration of student talent, teamwork, and top-tier live production.

Sidestage delivered full technical production for Digi Culture and Music 2025, transforming Thoroughbred Park into a multi-stage AV experience. With LED cubes, immersive lighting, and environmental FX, we helped shape the visual and sonic identity of this iconic digital-first festival.

Sidestage delivered lighting, staging, and AV support for the Chief of Navy’s Reception at ADFA during Navy Week 2025. From custom logo projections to tree uplighting and safety-lit walkways, every detail was designed to honour the occasion and elevate the environment.

Sidestage delivered AV, lighting, IMAG, and livestreaming for “Eyes on the Ground in Gaza” at Parliament House. Using Shure ULXD, QSC speakers, Blackmagic cameras, and full onsite crew, we supported clear communication for both in-person guests and over 14,000 online viewers.

Sidestage provided full production support for QL2 Dance’s Garden at the Fitters’ Workshop, including staging, lighting, audio, crew, and backstage systems. We transformed the space with a raised stage, custom lighting rig, multi-zone PA, and 90+ hours of crew support to deliver a high-impact, flexible performance environment.

Sidestage powered lighting and LED video at Summernats 37, delivering five LED screens, full IMAG coverage, and a rig of Ayrton, Chauvet, Fusion, and Duet IP fixtures. With over 100 LED panels, wireless camera links, and responsive control via MA3 Light, the setup brought energy and clarity to Australia’s biggest horsepower event.

Sidestage delivered full production for the 2024 Dare to Be Rare Gala, raising over $400K. With Adamson audio, GrandMA3 lighting, IMAG, event recording, and custom staging, we supported every speech, moment, and celebration at the National Arboretum with clarity and impact.

Sidestage delivered AV, lighting, staging, and recording for the Women in Defence Awards Gala. Using Shure ULXD, GrandMA3, Ayrton Ghibli, and our custom Charlie vision rig, we completed a full production setup in under 2.5 hours, supporting a polished and efficient awards evening at the National Arboretum.

Sidestage brought a Barbie Dreamhouse party to life with 100+ pink lights, Adamson audio, Sky Trackers, Hollyland comms, dynamic pathways, a custom stage, and fireworks over Sydney Harbour. From fog effects to flawless sound and lighting, we delivered a full-scale immersive experience in just two weeks.

Sidestage transmitted the official Red Bull Cliff Diving Finals broadcast to the VIP boat on Sydney Harbour. Using long-range video transmitters, multi-zone AV routing, and onboard audio, we delivered a seamless, high-quality viewing experience for guests on the water.
