Q: When will my pre-order be released?
A: All pre-ordered videos will be released on or before the 26th of October 2023 (one week after the festival concludes).

Q: How will l receive my video?
A: You'll receive an email notifying you that the video has been released. This video will contain instructions on how to view it, along with your password.

Q: What does the rental option include?
A: When you choose this option you'll be able to stream your video, an unlimited amount of times, for four days (starting from the video release date). You can stream this video one device at a time, no sharing!

A: When you choose this option you'll be able to stream and download your video, an unlimited amount of times (starting from the video release date). You can stream this video one device at a time, no sharing!

Q: What will the video look like?
A: Each video contains a multiple angle high quality video recording of the live performance.

Q: Why does my video randomly pause? 
A: This may happen when you experience a slow internet speed. Pause the video for 30 seconds and then resume it.
